Practice Field Scheduling Instructions

Please Note: This system is for AYSO Region 425 coach use only. 

1) Make sure Pop-Ups are enabled on your browser

2) If you do not have a login & password, click the Please Register Now link on the page that Pops-up. You will need your team number(s) to register.  You should receive these in an email from our staff.  If you don't have your team number, send an email to practice@ayso425.com.  Once your registration is approved by our staff, you will receive a confirmation email with your userid and password. It may take up to 48 hours to receive your confirmation email.

3) Login to the system with your userid and password.

4) Search for the practice field days, times and locations you would like to use for your practice(s).

5) Once you have picked a practice time, enter your name or your userid exactly as it appears in your registration in the Coach field for your timeslot.  Make sure you click "Make Request".

6) Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our staff, you will receive a confirmation email with the practice time and location that you chose.

Coaches Portal / Practice Field Scheduling

The Coaches Portal for scheduling practice field times is now online.  It is a 2 step process to schedule your practice time: 

1) Register as a new user

2) Once your user registration is approved, you can login to the system and request your practice time

Coach meetings for the Fall season will be held the week of August 25th.
